George Ray Stallings, 74, of Dallas Texas, formerly of Jonesboro, passed away August 20, 2019, in Dallas. He was born January 5, 1945, in Beebe, Arkansas to Oscar and Lucille (Lowe) Stallings. Mr. Stallings retired from the auto industry where he worked in sales management. He was a member of the Munger Place United Methodist Church and a University of Tennessee Alumni. He loved SEC football, and most of all, loved spending time with his friends and family.

Mr. Stallings was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include his brothers, Dean Stallings of Knoxville, Tennessee, Wayne Stallings of Lindale, Texas, and Richard Stallings of Rockwall, Texas.

Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Monday, August 26, 2019, at Philadelphia Cemetery in Jonesboro with Sarah Scott officiating.

A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date for his friends and family in Dallas.
